Three Forums, run separately.

Why three, not one

The conversations are different. The membership lines should be too.

A NED governing IR exposure on a FTSE 250 board needs a different peer group from a SOC lead working a live incident at 2am. Putting them in the same room can be useful occasionally; making them members of the same standing community blunts both conversations.

IRC's three Forums are deliberately kept separate. They share resources, they cross-pollinate at the open events, and they sit under the same operating model. But the eligibility, the format, and the closed channels are all distinct.

If you would fit more than one Forum, you can hold more than one membership. Most members do not.
